The Bosch system is the gold standard for eBikes, renowned for its reliable and smooth, natural-feeling power. It offers multiple assist modes, intuitive controls, and a robust battery management system. What is the warranty on a new Tern eBike?

New Tern bicycles have a Limited Warranty. You get five years on the frame, handlepost, and fork, and one year on all Tern or BioLogic branded parts. Their original manufacturer's warranty covers other parts. This applies to the original owner and requires purchase from an authorised Tern dealer.

You can extend the warranty on your frame, handlepost, and fork to 10 years by signing up for Tern Care within 30 days of purchase.

What kind of servicing does a new Tern eBike require?

While Tern eBikes are built to be robust and durable, regular servicing is essential to keep them running safely and efficiently. We recommend a thorough service at least once a year or within 500 km.
