Can I use Afterpay for everything, including a subscription?
Weekly eBike subscription plans are not available through Afterpay, as they run under separate direct debit subscription terms.
Afterpay Day discounts and payment plans apply to outright retail purchases such as e-bikes, accessories, parts, and apparel.
What if the e-bike I want costs more than my Afterpay limit?
Afterpay transactions are subject to individual spending limits. If a high-value e-bike exceeds your limit, you can pay the remaining balance up front using an alternative payment method at checkout.
Can I stack discount codes during Afterpay Day?
No. Promotional discount codes can't be combined with other active offers, member discounts, or existing trade-in credits, unless we've stated otherwise.
Can I return a sale item if I change my mind?
Items bought on sale or at a promotional discount during Afterpay Day aren't eligible for change-of-mind returns. Refunds or exchanges are only granted if an item arrives damaged or defective, and helmets and safety gear can't be returned for change-of-mind under any circumstances due to safety regulations. Approved refunds are credited back through your Afterpay balance, less any original shipping costs.
